Cycom Bad After-Sale Service

I just sent my graphic card cooler for warranty claim last month.

I bought the GPU cooler in Cycom @ Low Yat early this year. 1 of the fans stop spinning after some time ago and i decided to send it for warranty claim since i do not need to use the PC so frequently during the holidays.

I called and ask whether can I send it personally to the distributor. After 2 hours of checking, i have to call them again instead of waiting them to call me back (she said she will call me back). And the answer is “No”. Ok, fine. I will send to the Cycom Service department then.
