I just sent my graphic card cooler for warranty claim last month.

I bought the GPU cooler in Cycom @ Low Yat early this year. 1 of the fans stop spinning after some time ago and i decided to send it for warranty claim since i do not need to use the PC so frequently during the holidays.

I called and ask whether can I send it personally to the distributor. After 2 hours of checking, i have to call them again instead of waiting them to call me back (she said she will call me back). And the answer is “No”. Ok, fine. I will send to the Cycom Service department then.

When i sent it to the Cycom service department at 4th floor in Low Yat Plaza, they dismantle the cooler heatsink from the graphic card and return the card to me (in a very bad way, she just throw the card onto the table in front of me). So, they’re having the heat sink with fans attached on it, and asked me to wait 3~4 weeks.

After 4 weeks of waiting, there’s nothing from them, no calls nor sms. So i decided to give them a call.

When i simply inquires the status of a cooler fan, without asking the bill no./service no. she can immediately told me it’s repaired. (That means the fans was repaired some time ago and they did not notify me at all. Bad service point 1)

Today i went to collect the item, a guy attend to me and gave me the heat sink with the fans attached (But attached in a wrong way, lack of knowledge or they don’t give shit to customer’s product. Bad service point 2)

Without further inspection, i went home, ready to hooked up my system. Later i found that 1 of the 4 rings which were used to offset the heatsink from the graphic card was missing. This will result an unbalance mounting.

I call the guy immediately and he told me to call back on Monday because the supervisor is not working on weekends and they do not open the package when it’s delivered back. I request him to try to find around the office and he told me it’s gonna take sometimes, refuse to do that. So, i ask him to call me back after confirm on Monday, which i strongly believe they wouldn’t do so. (The guy show no sign of apologize at all, Bad service point 3)

Other than this, I found that the heat sink was deformed badly. It must be resulted from heavy weight from other products and careless worker. I tried to mount it up again and here’s the result.

It’s quite obvious, the right side of the heat sink is lower. The entire shape of the heat sink was changed too. (Totally did not take care of customer’s product, Bad service point 4)

Cycom, banned, even if they can provide a replacement for the ring. (waste my time, petrol, money, energy and heat-glue to re-mount the heat sink.)

I went back to see them in person few days later. At first, a guy claimed that they only took the fans, without taking the heat sink. That makes me feels angry and i ask him to repeat what he just said. Perhaps he can feels my anger and he didn’t said a words after that. Without telling me what they’re going to do with this, they took the whole thing (Fans, heat sink and the graphic card) into a room. All i can guess is that they’re trying to remove it, bend it, crook it, screw it, push, press, dip, cook, melt, temper, lick, suck, fuck, etc…. do whatever they can to make it looks like new. But that’s not what I want. I went into the room and saw another guy holding a screw driver trying to open the base of the heat sink. He dropped a few screw on the floor when i go into the room, I think he’s a bit shock that I’m entering the room.

I told them let’s not waste our time and get straight to the point, get me a new 1. All they can say is

“Go out and wait first.”

Fucking sons of a bitch, I can’t see what you guys are doing with my belongings?

If you’re so sure that there’s no problem with your service, show it in front of me, do whatever you think is right, in front of me.

After sometimes, they came out and return the whole thing, ask “Satisfied?”

I inspect closely and found that the ring was replaced, but the heat sink is still bended.

I told him go get a new 1 right now, mount on it, if it’s still bended, I will buy it on the spot.

He then told me, all this is made by human hand (are you sure?) which is impossible to be perfectly same for all product.

He even show me that he actually replaced a new 1 for me. (but a bended 1 too)

I’m speechless for a few seconds and then fuck it, let’s not waste time with these people. (I haven’t had my lunch and it’s 2pm already.)

And so i left, with a quality-defect product.

Buying something at Cycom? Are you sure?

看起来不怎么辣，吃了几口我的脸就已经开始麻痹了。

不过下次不要叫大腕的了，辣得我就快晕倒……

真的那么老了吗？

一位热血的教师，给即将毕业的六年级生一个Project。为了让学生们更加了解生物必须吃掉别的生物才能继续生存，决定让孩子们在班上养一只猪，然后在毕业之前吃了它。

戏里的小猪名叫“P-Chan”，是只很可爱的猪仔。看了会有想养猪的冲动哦！

后来孩子们与P-Chan感情越来越深，渐渐地把小猪当成了朋友或家人。

当毕业即将来临，越来越多人反对把小猪吃了。
结果发生了很多事，也让孩子们理解到生命的可贵。

让我忽然想起以前的两只乌龟～ 靓靓 和 丑丑。

其实，正如其名，一只乌龟比较漂亮，一只乌龟比较普通。他们都是在一个日本文化节是玩游戏捞回来的。

靓靓丑丑长大得非常快，他们的屋子换了又换。
丑丑虽然颜色不比靓靓鲜艳，可是却长得比较快。
靓靓因为身材比较“苗条”，常常被丑丑欺负。
丑丑常常爬上靓靓的壳上晒日光浴。
靓靓丑丑很贪吃。
每天早上我还没睡醒，但是只要一翻身，他们就会很兴奋的往上爬，嚷着要吃

后来因为常常没时间看顾他们，才决定放生的。

今天想起他们，我希望他们还是健健康康的。
也画了他们的卡通送给他们。

生命是平等的，没有贵贱之分。
要珍惜眼前我们所拥有的。
即使有一天我们总要分离，至少还有那真诚的回忆，伴随我走完我的人生。

《与猪猪一起上课的日子》

一天，一家印度人来到店里看iPhone……

小男孩忽然叫我……

不会吧，以前人家还被以为是十八岁的咧～

很忙的一个Semester，到现在才有点时间来Update一下。

今天没什么心情画漫画…就说说我的新电话吧——Nokia 5800。
取名为BLÙ。

这电话面世已经一段时间了（我懂现在才来说有点迟了）。本来是想等Apple iPhone的，但是旧的电话越来越不能耐（多亏我每天把它从两三米外丢上我的床…）:twisted: 。

谁知一买了没多久，iPhone就正式在这里面世……   不过也等到闲了，看多了都觉得没趣…

好啦，废话不多说，先来看看我的BLÙ～

叫做BLÙ当然是因为他是蓝色的啦～

为他包上了Zagg的Invisible Shield，银幕方面，我换了普通的Screen Protector。因为Zagg的Invisible Shield比较粘手（想像你把我们以前黏在车镜的“P牌”包在电话上），所以并不适合使用指甲来触控。

侧面看一看，可以看到Invisible Shield会粘到很多灰尘。

BLÙ的上方左起为：Power，Charger port， 3.5mm Audio/Video port，和USB port

其中一个原因选他是因为拥有3.5mm的Standard Audio Port，所以能够用自己的耳机。原装的声音不好，完全没有隔音，也很容易从耳朵脱下来。

BLÙ的背面，因为Invisible Shield的关系，变成亮面了。

3.2MP的相机，始终都是一架手机，拍照还可以啦……放在电脑上看就会明显看到瑕疵。

Twin Turbo！！

这绝对不是车子的Turbo啊，虽然我也很想有…

其实一直都在研究GPU的Cooler的，因为原装的Cooler实在是又吵又热！

之前一直在找的CoolerMaster Cool Viva Pro SE一直都找不到。

到了新年这段期间终于忍不住那股“热气”，跑去买了个名字听起来有点怪的Cooler…

『Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo』

虽然名字听起来好像有点牵强，不过网上的Review都还不错就决定试试看。

这是Asus EN8800GT的原装Cooler…只有一个迷你风扇真的是不够用啦…

把Cooler拆开后可以看到Main processor和RAM上都还有一些导热膏的遗迹，需要先抹干净～

清干净后～

接着是安装RAM Heat sink……

装上去后……（凯宏和伟杰还开玩笑说装在我的车上可能可以更快一些……）

装在Motherboard上就变成这样……里面好窄啊！！！

IDE的Hard Disk都连不上了…不过都没什么用到就算啦～

要Overclock也不用担心过热了！不过暂时还是就这样不要Overclock先…

有些时候真的是不由得你不信，酱巧的事都有……

今天去上课，整个Parking ground都满了，兜到后面看到一个位子，旁边的车竟然是……

最近也遇到一个与我同一天生日的顾客。

我还记得她的名字叫Michelle咧～（通常我都记不得客人的名字…太多了…）

她是想来买iPod Touch 16GB的，可是我们就偏偏没有货。

本来已经没什么心情做她的生意的，想随便跟她拿联络然后让别的同事跟手尾的…

不懂怎么突然有心情跟她谈。（应该是因为她和她身边的女子都还蛮不错… ）

于是就说服到她买32GB的iPod Touch。

过后她还要求我教她怎样安装游戏等等…

我在Machines做了两个月，只帮过两个客人申请AppleID，因为很麻烦。见跟她还可以谈一下，就教她申请咯。

帮她申请AppleID的时候看着她选日期：

Michelle：“birthday……”（喃喃自语，选着月份，选了四月）

顺源：（心想四月酱巧？不会也是十五号吧？）

Michelle：“15th”（选了十五号）

顺源：“wow! we have the same birthday!” （忍不住脱口而出，第一次遇到跟自己同一天生日的人！）

过后的对话不怎么记得了。

只记得她填了地址后问我，“地址不一样吧？”

小姐，一样就死咯，同一屋檐下，孤男寡女不是很好的…… 我很想这样答她，但是我只是笑笑罢了。

她走的时候好像很开心，还说有问题一定会来找我。

(-_-)” 小姐，我现在是临记aka Part time了。酱容易找到我咩…

不过你回来找我也会很开心的～难得同一天生日的人喔～哈哈哈～

好啦，新的一年都有不错的开始，希望今年事事如意，开开心心～
